1. Switching from Lusha to Kaspr
Focus Cloud Group is a network of specialist recruitment consultancies operating across cloud-orientated verticals. It’s a global company that helps candidates secure the hottest opportunities, and clients hire top talent.
We spoke to Lloyd Gordon, CEO of Focus Cloud Group. He’s among the few million-dollar billers in the recruitment market with over a decade of experience.
Lloyd explained why the company started using Kaspr to find email addresses and phone numbers.
Someone new who was hired into the team had previously purchased Lusha. The team bought licenses for all team members; however, Focus Cloud Group found that Lusha’s data quality deteriorated over time.
On top of this, the pricing changed.
“We used to use Lusha, but the feedback from the team was that the data available on Kaspr is much more accurate.”
2. Easy for everyone in the team to sign up for free
While Focus Cloud Group was still tied to their existing contract with Lusha, more team members began using Kaspr instead. They tried Kaspr for free at first, and then they bought licences.
Lloyd explained:
“I was in our London office one day, and someone asked to borrow my card to purchase some Kaspr licences. Then I had more and more people asking about it and realized I needed to use Kaspr, too!”
Currently, Focus Cloud Group has eight Kaspr licences and is using them to find data in the US, UK and Western Europe
3. Quick to integrate into the tech stack
Focus Cloud Group uses the Kaspr Chrome Extension the most. They like to browse LinkedIn profiles to get accurate cell phone numbers, email addresses and company info. Then, they send the data straight to their ATS system, Bullhorn, with Kaspr’s integration.
Kaspr has helped Focus Cloud Group to save hours of time and, more importantly, get access to the accurate data they need.
